早餐:路易莎大杯莊園冰拿鐵(燕麥奶)

午餐:咖哩王雙拼咖哩(牛肉+豬肉)、小角咖啡來自京都鴛鴦

晚餐:Subway香烤雞肉12吋不加橄欖不加醬、濃巧克力餅乾、氣泡水

補品:葉黃素

今天一早被蠱惑了,竟然被家裡的狗攻擊,去打了破傷風,好險沒有被咬而是擦傷,我正式深深感悟了兩件事情。

「人在受傷中成長。」

「愛的相對面不是恨,而是冷漠。」

接下來可以考慮Subway減肥法,不點餅乾,這樣吃下來12吋不加醬的狀態下是600卡左右
