早餐:全家大杯冰美式(無糖)

午餐:白飯1碗、蝦醬高麗菜1份、半份紅糟肉、兩口番茄炒蛋、1/3份醋海帶

點心:葡吉鮮肉包 x1、辣味肉包x1

晚餐:冰拿鐵1杯、鬍鬚張三寶便當(雞肉去皮,炸魚給家人吃)、水梨1/3顆
