午餐:健康餐盒香辣嫩雞、無糖高纖豆漿

晚餐:米之鄉總匯便當、711豬肉吉士堡加蛋、水梨四片、小份卡辣姆久洋芋片(消耗業障)

補充品:武田B群、葉黃素

香辣嫩雞真的有點辣,但是我認為跟健康餐稍微不搭,所以可能還是義式嫩雞好一些。另外,回到家發現那業障竟然還沒有被清空,所以我為了全家人的健康只好犧牲自己,再幫忙吃一點。昨天跟我爸的步調一致,要求我媽跟我妹往後要買只能買小包的,家庭號買回來對大家都沒有好處。
