早餐:X(斷食)

午餐:自助餐:白飯半碗+滷雞腿排(去皮不吃)+豆芽菜+地瓜葉+豬肝

晚餐:三商巧福蘭州雙寶拉麵+小菜泡菜+派克無骨雞塊1份

因為昨天太累,回來洗澡後就睡著了,半夜才起床,趁著今天可以直接去供應商那邊開會,一早趕快更新一下。這邊拿出禁止咒:從2020/7/8~2021/7/8禁食派克雞排1年(其實昨天看製作過程個人覺得滿不衛生的,但怎麼炸出來香呢......)

看起來晚餐是碳水爆炸,但是我一想到要撐到隔天中午才能進食,尤其早上還要開會,還是吃飽一點......就這樣我的168斷食來到了第二天,先挑戰100天看看成果吧!
