早餐:路易莎莊園級美式大杯(無糖)

午餐:711低卡義式嫩雞花椰菜飯便當(258大卡)+花椰菜雞肉燉湯(142大卡)

晚餐:凱薩風味雞肉沙拉(254大卡)+繽紛鮮蔬烤雞便當(353大卡)+無糖高纖豆漿(183大卡)

健走:3.04 Km

原本晚餐想要吃自助餐把蔬菜量補足,但想到時已經走過頭到捷運站了,所以明天再想辦法補足。

簡單估算今天的熱量大概如下,加上早上的黑咖啡大概是1,200大卡,好像有點太少了,這麼強的自殘戰法,應該只有司馬遷和我做得到!

蛋白質10.4+18.6+11.4+15.3+17.2=72.9大卡,比我體重少12卡左右

簡單看下來,有點過與不及的感覺,第三天,仍然在摸索適當的方法......

但是只要比以前隨心所欲亂吃有節制,我認為就是有進步!!
