早餐:全家大杯冰美式(無糖)

午餐:米之鄉雞排便當

晚餐:陽光無糖高纖豆漿、滷雞腿(去皮不吃)、炒豆芽菜、炒四季豆、花椰菜炒紅蘿蔔、炒海帶、芭樂半顆

這樣120,在東區我覺得是OK的價格~

說真的昨天完全忘記上傳了,今天早上起來還在想是不是有上傳了

現在趕緊補一下,基本上晚餐吃很多菜,盡量讓營養素夠,只是自助餐在不過水的狀況下油脂會超標,雖然不怎麼準但是用APP大致紀錄了營養素如下圖。

雖然我認為油脂應該沒有那麼多......但是基本上自助餐沒什麼好抱怨的
