早餐:711大杯冰美式(無糖)

午餐:讚岐烏龍麵、涮牛肉片、燙青菜

點心:高蛋白乳清x1杯

晚餐:白飯1碗、雞胸肉(孜然粉)1份、清炒四季豆0.5份

美珍香豬肉乾(5小條+4小塊)、711奶酪、711中冰美、芒果半顆

GYM:V

超慢跑/健走:6.01 Km

基本上晚餐的份量較少,剛好家人回來時有待豬肉乾我就吃幾塊衝一下熱量,711奶酪單純看Youtuber介紹過買來吃吃看,化工味非常重不推薦(167大卡+4克蛋白質)

今天的蛋白質攝取應該沒有問題,持續努力!
