早餐:冰耶加雪夫1杯

午餐:山崎花生吉士三明治、711丸龜冷麵、青菜

補品:葉黃素、維他命C

點心:星巴克大杯冰拿鐵

晚餐:白飯1碗、很多塊雞胸肉、番茄生菜(搭配MOS和風醬)、黑胡椒杏鮑菇、客家小炒豆干魷魚、高蛋白乳清

健身房:V

下午想要讀一點書,所以到家裡附近的星巴克,雖說是附近但走路過去也要23分鐘,我就當作運動慢慢走過去。

讀了兩小時後再走路去健身房,兩周沒去了,今天隨便練,只覺得力氣真的變小很多,感受度不是很好,後來才知道是力竭。做一個小時就回來了。

肚子的肥肉還是很多,某些該堅持的部分還是要堅持住。

雖然誘惑很大,但就先不吃大和家了,等到本月減重到80kg後再去慶祝。
