晚上時稍微處理了一下信件,看起來明天有得忙了。

散步時久違地和庭安聊天,認為還可以改善的點如下:
1. 相信自己要嘗試的事情,先相信再嘗試
2. 可以從興趣著手,參加自己可以接受的聚會
3. 明確定義標的(可以區分出哪些是目標,哪些不是)
