早餐:X

午餐:燒臘ー臘腸叉燒便當

臘腸叉燒飯NTD110,以這個量看起來應該算貴吧?

點心:全家大杯冰美式

晚餐:711奮起湖雙主菜便當(700多卡、留兩口飯)、711一日野菜-和風海藻(千島醬加一半、沒全吃完)、幾口軟魷魚絲

健康餐內用爆滿,米之鄉人多到排出來,吃拉麵公子熱量太多,所以最後進去燒臘便當店。現在吃起來只覺得很油,而且臘腸怎麼看都是脂肪。所以盡量會少來這種便當店。

整天都在忙,下午出門回到公司也過五點半了。今天加班到七點多,所以吃晚餐也是20:10左右,和風海藻真心覺得不行,仍然有點噁心的味道。711沙拉我應該只能吃1/2都是蔬菜的那盒。
